DWS Group in Madrid seeks a Head of Smart Middle Office - VP to lead the middle-office operating model, drive automation and data-driven improvements. You will coordinate across Front Office, Operations and Risk, delivering scalable, risk-aware processes and strong stakeholder partnerships.

The role requires 10+ years in financial services operations, a track record of governance, and the ability to translate business needs into practical delivery plans.

Formación

• Proven leadership capabilities in a global financial services organisation.
• Experience managing teams and senior stakeholders across regions.
• 10+ years in financial services Operations, Middle Office, Asset Management or related environment.
• Strong understanding of middle-office operating models and processes.
• Experience with digital transformation, automation or AI-enabled workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Smart Middle Office team and own the middle-office operating model across relevant processes.
• Provide strong people leadership aligned to values, conduct standards and regulatory expectations.
• Own, manage and enhance middle-office processes for Front Office, Operations, Risk and Technology.
• Drive continuous improvements, identify inefficiencies and scalability constraints.
• Lead digitalisation and automation initiatives across middle-office workflows.
• Strengthen the control environment with documentation, risk identification and audit readiness.
• Act as escalation point for complex issues, perform root-cause analysis and remediation.
• Partner with Front Office, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Audit, Technology and others.
• Support strategic change initiatives with measurable delivery outcomes.
• Promote data-driven decision making and AI-enabled capabilities.
