Job summary

TFS HealthScience is seeking a Manager, Vendor Management to lead governance, oversight and performance for an assigned vendor portfolio. This home-based role supports our global operations with vendors across Europe and beyond, coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive value, quality and compliance.

You will manage lifecycle activities, lead reviews, mitigate risks and contribute to cost controls and supplier optimisation in a fast-paced CRO environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 6+ years of Vendor Management, Procurement or related experience.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and governance activities.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder engagement and communication.
• Proven ability to influence outcomes across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned vendor portfolios and governance activities.
• Lead vendor performance reviews, business reviews and escalations.
• Oversee vendor qualification, onboarding, renewals and offboarding.
• Manage vendor risks and support mitigation activities.
• Support cost control, benchmarking and optimisation initiatives.
• Lead commercial reviews and optimisation opportunities within the portfolio.
• Support contract governance and commercial reviews.
• Analyze portfolio risks, trends and opportunities.
• Contribute to capability development and continuous improvement initiatives.
