Zusammenfassung

Roche is seeking a Global Technology Vendor Management Expert – Software & Cloud to maximize value from strategic technology vendors while protecting Roche from value leakage. You will govern complex relationships, challenge pricing and contracts, and lead negotiations with senior stakeholders across global teams.

The role requires broad expertise in Software, SaaS and Cloud, strong financial acumen, and fluency in English with awareness of other European languages being advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience managing strategic global Technology/IT vendors, especially Software, SaaS and Cloud.
• Advanced-to-expert contract management and negotiation, including complex renewals and escalations.
• Strong understanding of technology contracts, pricing/licensing, SLAs, liability and transition/exit.

Aufgaben

• Lead strategic vendor governance for global Software, SaaS and Cloud relationships with clear accountabilities.
• Provide input across the contract lifecycle, including major agreements and renewals.
• Review pricing, scope, deliverables, SLAs and remedies, and advise on exit strategies.
• Lead complex negotiations, build fact-based positions and BATNA.
• Identify cost exposure and vendor lock-in, and develop cost-optimised business cases.
• Manage risks across commercial, contractual, operational and compliance areas.
• Translate vendor matters into clear recommendations for senior decision-makers.
