Fresenius Kabi España S.A.U. seeks an experienced Vendor Management Office Lead to define and evolve the global governance model for IT Operations.

You will align vendor performance, contracts, risk, and reporting into a single operating framework and lead cross-provider coordination across the VMO network. Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable professional experience in IT, business, procurement, finance, law, or a related area.
• 7+ years of IT vendor management, supplier governance, IT service management, sourcing, or contract management in a global organisation.
• Experience establishing or leading a Vendor Management Office or SIAM capability.

Responsabilidades

• Define and evolve the Vendor Management Office mandate, governance principles, decision rights, and interaction model for global IT Operations.
• Establish a lean, scalable operating model with clear accountabilities across vendor management, contract management, performance reporting, risk, compliance, and service integration.
• Coordinate cross-provider governance across internal teams and third-party providers, identifying dependencies and escalation routes.
• Create governance forums and escalation paths to ensure accountability and continuity across service providers.
• Oversee vendor performance, SLAs, service commitments, risk, and improvement actions while protecting Fresenius Kabi interests.
