EverAI Limited in a 100% remote setup is seeking a Trust & Safety Product Manager to own safety initiatives across our platforms. You will translate safety requirements into features, moderation capabilities, and third‑party integrations, working with Compliance, Engineering, AI/ML, Product, and Support.

You will join a fast-growing, adult-content‑aware environment where safeguarding users while protecting expression is essential.

Competenze

• Data-driven decisions aligning with legal and ethical standards and measurable impact.
• Experience in content moderation and AI guardrails, including automation and human review.
• Proven collaboration across engineering, legal, operations, and support teams.

Mansioni

• Translate safety policies and legal requirements into product requirements and roadmaps.
• Improve in-house moderation tech and EverGuard in collaboration with AI/ML teams.
• Lead third-party safety partnerships from evaluation to rollout.
• Create safety dashboards and QA processes to monitor risks.
• Conduct red-teaming and adversarial testing of safeguards.
• Run TS reviews for new features with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate incident response and continuous safety improvements.
