OLX is seeking a Lead Product Manager for Trust & Safety to own the product agenda end-to-end across multiple markets. You will define the strategy to detect and prevent fraud, protect user integrity, and build AI-native safety infrastructure.

You will partner with Engineering, Data Science, Legal, Compliance and Operations to set metrics, drive data-driven decisions, and balance protection with a good user experience. This role can be based in Spain, Portugal or Poland.

Qualifikationen

• Significant product management experience in the digital sector.
• Experience owning trust related products such as Trust & Safety, Fraud Prevention, Risk, or Compliance Technology.
• Track record of building scalable systems that proactively detect and prevent abuse or fraud.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience defining success metrics and making data-driven decisions.

Aufgaben

• Own the Trust & Safety product strategy and roadmap across markets.
• Build AI-native detection, risk scoring, and anomaly detection systems with Engineering/Data Science.
• Balance fraud mitigation with growth, ensuring not to hinder legitimate users.
• Define and track metrics like fraud loss, false positives/negatives, time-to-resolution, and trust scores.
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to align outcomes.
