Job summary

OLX is seeking a Lead Product Manager for Trust & Safety to own the end-to-end product agenda, define strategies to detect and prevent fraud, protect user integrity, and keep the marketplace safe across multiple markets. You will build intelligent, signal-driven safety infrastructure with AI at its core.

The role focuses on proactive, analytics-driven decision making, and close collaboration with Engineering, Data Science, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ship scalable, compliant productos.

Qualifications

• Significant product management experience in digital platforms.
• Experience owning trust-related products or risk platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Experience partnering with engineering, data science, and compliance teams.

Responsibilities

• Own Trust & Safety product strategy and roadmap.
• Build proactive fraud prevention and risk tooling with ML signals.
• Develop AI-native safety experiences and real-time detection systems.
• Balance user experience with growth and risk mitigation.
• Define success metrics and communicate impact to leadership.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Legal, Compliance and Operations.
• Develop instrumentation to measure fraud rates and model performance.
• Articulate business cases for prevention investments.
