Job summary

OLX Group is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the Trust & Safety product agenda end-to-end, defining the strategy for detecting and preventing fraud, protecting user integrity, and keeping our marketplace safe.

You will partner with Data Science and Engineering to ship AI-native detection and decisioning systems, build the risk engine, and balance risk with growth. The role requires collaboration across Legal, Compliance, and Operations in a fast-growing, global marketplace.

Qualifications

• Experience building, deploying, or working closely with machine learning, AI, risk scoring, decisioning, detection, or automation systems.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered trust or fraud products is a plus.
• Strong analytical, data-driven mindset with experience defining success metrics and making evidence-based prioritizations.
• Proven product management experience in large-scale consumer marketplaces or similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the Trust & Safety product strategy and roadmap across markets.
• Shift from reactive incident response to proactive fraud prevention with risk engine and anomaly detection.
• Ship AI-native safety experiences in collaboration with Data Science and Engineering.
• Balance fraud mitigation with growth to avoid friction for legitimate users.
• Define and track success metrics and communicate impact to senior leadership.
