BCD Travel is seeking a Travel Consultant to be the face of the company, handling travel reservations and offering expert consultation to clients to help them travel smart and efficiently.

The role requires travel agent experience, strong English communication, and French or Italian language skills. You will engage with clients, understand their policies, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the travel industry while contributing to a collaborative, flexible work environment.

Formación

• Travel agent experience.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Knowledge of French or Italian is a plus.
• Solid understanding of travel industry policies and processes.

Responsabilidades

• Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer.
• Advise on client travel policy and provide consultations.
• Handle regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.).
• Provide clients with low fares, exchange costs, and penalties information.
• Identify opportunities to review processes and relationships for improvements.
• Maintain current knowledge of travel industry policies and trends.
