Trading 212 is seeking a technical recruiter to build and scale our product teams across backend, frontend, and DevOps. You will own the full recruitment cycle, from profile definition to offer conversations, with direct sourcing and data-driven decisions.

You will work remotely with candidates in Europe, including Spain, and collaborate with senior decision-makers to shape how we hire as the function grows.

Formación

• Experience moving agency or in-house technical searches to successful placements.
• Ability to build pipelines, qualify candidates, and close hires.
• Capacity to explain how modern software teams are built and shipped.
• Strong track record of data-driven recruitment decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Full-cycle hiring across backend, frontend, and DevOps.
• Direct sourcing and proactive pipelines for the hardest roles.
• Assessing candidate relevance, securing timely decisions, and leading offer conversations through acceptance.
• Presenting hiring managers with clear evidence when the profile or process needs to change.
