Trading 212 is seeking an experienced technical recruiter to build and lead the in-house recruitment function. You will own end-to-end hiring for backend, frontend, and DevOps roles, sourcing actively, validating candidates, and guiding offers to closure in a fast-growing fintech environment.

You will work directly with senior decision-makers, including founders, and help shape how technical hiring works across Europe.

Formación

• Evidence we are looking for candidate with progression from agency or hands-on sourcing into in-house technical recruiting.
• Searches where you built pipeline, qualified candidates, managed stakeholder, and closed hire.
• Enough technical depth to explain how current/previous company builds and ships software.
• Numerical ownership of hiring results and actions that changed them.
• Record of recovering difficult searches, challenging hiring decisions, improving recruitment processes, and closing difficult offers.

Responsabilidades

• Full-cycle hiring across backend, frontend, and DevOps
• Direct sourcing and proactive pipelines for the hardest roles
• Assessing candidate relevance, securing timely decisions, and leading offer conversations through acceptance
• Presenting hiring managers with clear evidence when the profile, search strategy, or interview process needs to change
