Trading 212, a fast-growing mobile broker, seeks a dedicated talent acquisition specialist to lead product hiring. You will own end-to-end searches for Product Owners and Product Managers, collaborating with founders and senior decision-makers to shape the product team.

You will source directly, build proactive pipelines, assess candidates' impact, and drive offers through to acceptance. This remote role welcomes applicants from Spain and Europe, offering freedom to shape how product hiring

Formación

• Experience owning in-house product hiring at a tech company.
• Proven track record building pipelines, qualifying candidates, and closing hires.
• Ability to differentiate Product Owners from Product Managers and justify changes.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle Product Owner/PM hiring from sourcing to offer.
• Source proactively and build product-talent pipelines ahead of demand.
• Assess candidate relevance, drive timely decisions, and lead offers to acceptance.
• Present evidence-based recommendations to hiring managers and adjust search strategies as needed.
