Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Technical Integration Specialist based in Spain for a fully remote role. You will help ecommerce clients connect their sites to an AI-powered search platform, combining API expertise, troubleshooting, and customer support to enable seamless integrations.

You will guide customers through REST APIs, assist with catalog configurations, and collaborate with Customer Success and internal teams to resolve complex issues while documenting processes and improving onboarding

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer-facing technical roles.
• Understanding of REST-based web services and APIs.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to issues.
• Customer-focused mindset and commitment to responsive support.
• Familiarity with JSON/CSV and basic search/indexing concepts is beneficial.
• Experience using debugging tools like Postman and browser devtools is helpful.
• Willingness to learn e-commerce search and platform integrations.

Responsibilities

• Guide e-commerce customers through integration with the platform.
• Provide guidance on REST APIs, integration best practices, and open-source libraries.
• Investigate and resolve integration challenges with Customer Success teams.
• Assist with catalog data uploads, facets, attributes, and search relevance.
• Act as a technical point of contact and explain concepts clearly to customers.
• Document interactions and improve onboarding and integration guides.
• Identify opportunities to streamline support workflows and onboarding.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical questions.
