Avedo GmbH in Spain is seeking a Swedish-speaking outbound Insurance Sales Agent (m/f/d) to join our freelance project. You will contact existing B2C customers by phone to present an insurance product designed to cover remaining debt, ensuring compliance with applicable rules.

Requirements include fluent Swedish, strong English, outbound sales experience, and proficiency with MS Office. This is a remote, freelance opportunity with potential for development within our international network.

Qualifications

• Fluent Swedish with good working English.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience in outbound sales, banking or insurance.
• Ability to meet regulatory requirements for Swedish insurance.

Responsabilités

• Contact existing B2C customers by phone and explain the insurance offer clearly and accurately.
• Assess each customer’s situation and determine if the product fits their needs.
• Explain benefits, costs, conditions and exclusions.
• Document conversations and outcomes according to project requirements.
• Follow rules for insurance distribution, customer consent and data protection.
