Job summary

Avedo GmbH in Spain is seeking a Swedish-speaking sales professional for an outbound insurance sales role on a freelance basis. You will call existing B2C customers with an outstanding loan balance and present an insurance product designed to cover the remaining debt in defined circumstances.

This fully remote position includes remote training, personal onboarding, and ongoing support, with the chance to join a growing international freelancer network and long-term collaboration.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Swedish with proficient English.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience in outbound sales, banking or insurance.
• Ability to provide evidence of required insurance training or authorisations for the Swedish market.
• Customer-focused, responsible approach to sales.
• Confident and professional on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Contact existing B2C customers by phone and explain the insurance offer clearly and accurately
• Understand each customer’s situation and discuss whether the product meets their needs
• Explain the relevant benefits, costs, conditions and exclusions
• Document conversations and outcomes in line with project requirements
• Follow all applicable rules for insurance distribution, customer consent and data protection
