Job summary

Avedo GmbH is seeking a Norwegian-speaking sales professional to join our freelance outbound Insurance Sales team. This role involves calling existing customers with outstanding loans and presenting an insurance product to cover the remaining debt, under Norwegian market rules.

Work is 100% remote with remote training, onboarding support, and opportunities to grow within a global freelancer network. We value a customer-focused, phone-ready attitude and prior outbound sales or insurance

Qualifications

• Fluent in Norwegian (spoken and written).
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Experience in outbound sales, banking or insurance is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of insurance distribution requirements for the Norwegian market is desirable.
• Customer-focused and confident on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Call existing B2C customers by phone and present the insurance offer clearly.
• Assess customer situations and determine product fit.
• Explain benefits, costs, conditions and exclusions of the policy.
• Document conversations and outcomes per project requirements.
• Adhere to rules for insurance distribution, consent, and data protection.
