Job summary

Medtronic seeks a remote Technical Service Specialist for the Hugo robotic system and DS1 analytics in the EMEA region. You will provide expert remote support to healthcare professionals, SUS and field engineers, explaining complex issues and guiding diagnostics from a distance.

The role requires a background in biomedical/electrical/mechanical engineering with 4+ years of experience and fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in biomedical/electrical/mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian (C1/C2).
• Experience with robotics or motion control in capital equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with OR environment experience.
• Experience with software troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for Hugo system and DS1 to HCP, SUS and FSE.
• Drive escalation process and coordinate field service when needed.
• Collaborate with other specialists to troubleshoot complex service requests.
• Perform technical activities with ownership of continuous improvement projects.
