Wazuh is seeking a seasoned Support Team Lead to shape and drive our remote support operations. The role focuses on leading the team, resolving escalated issues, and improving processes to support IT security platforms for clients.

The ideal candidate brings Linux administration expertise, scripting skills in Python, and experience with DevOps tools. You will work 100% remotely with a forward-moving career path and opportunities to collaborate with international clients.

Formación

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Proven experience in a support or technical leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Linux environments, troubleshooting, and administration.
• Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls).
• Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor the support team to ensure high-quality service delivery and professional growth.
• Oversee support workflows, prioritise and resolve escalated technical and customer issues.
• Drive collaboration to implement process improvements and product enhancements.
• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction.
• Design training materials and documentation to enable team independence and proactive support.
• Act as escalation point for critical incidents and coordinate responses.
