Wazuh, Inc. is seeking a proactive Ambassador Program Coordinator to grow and strengthen the Wazuh Ambassadors community across the EMEA region.

You will support daily program operations, foster engagement, and collaborate with the Marketing team to highlight ambassador initiatives and success stories. The role requires fluent English, experience in coordinating events or communities, and the ability to thrive in a remote, international team environment.

Formación

• Experience coordinating events, communities, or similar initiatives.
• Fluent written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, international team.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with online collaboration and content creation.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with day-to-day management of the Wazuh Ambassadors Program (EMEA).
• Build relationships with ambassadors and encourage active participation.
• Support planning, organization, and execution of online and in-person events.
• Monitor community engagement and prepare reports on participation and metrics.
• Collaborate with Marketing to promote ambassador initiatives and success stories.
• Coordinate logistics, shipping, and distribution of ambassador merchandise.
• Identify opportunities to improve the ambassador experience.
