Job summary

Wazuh is seeking a remote Training Team member to educate customers on Wazuh’s security platform. The trainer will deliver comprehensive sessions covering installation, configuration, management, and best practices, and will continuously update training materials to reflect new features.

The role emphasizes collaboration with support teams, evaluation of learning outcomes, and promoting security best practices while building long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in delivering technical training in cybersecurity or SIEM.
• Strong Linux and cybersecurity knowledge; certs preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to explain complex concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Wazuh installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Adaptable with strong problem-solving and customer-first mindset.
• Willingness to stay up-to-date with Wazuh and cybersecurity trends.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Puppet, Chef, Ansible, and cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Wazuh Training: in-depth sessions on installation, configuration, and best practices.
• Develop Training Materials: update sessions to reflect latest features.
• Collaborate with Wazuh Support Team: align client training needs with product knowledge.
• Evaluate Learning Outcomes: assess trainee progress and provide feedback.
• Promote Best Practices: advocate for security best practices and guidelines.
• Foster Strong Customer Relationships: nurture long-term client engagement with the platform.
