Jobgether, in partnership with an international team, seeks a Startup Ecosystem Associate based in Spain for a paid remote internship. You will support multiple departments, manage datasets, and drive operational projects with a hands-on approach.

You will gain exposure to research, partnerships, marketing, analytics, and business operations, using Excel/Sheets and AI-powered tools, while developing practical skills and a broad professional foundation in startups and economic development.

Formación

• Strong curiosity, reliability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Motivation, adaptability and growth mindset valued; internship or early-career experience beneficial but not essential.
• Interest in structured information and datasets; reporting and basic analysis with spreadsheets.
• Comfort with remote collaboration and European business hours (CET).

Responsabilidades

• Support multiple departments with day-to-day operational activities and ongoing projects.
• Prepare, organize, update, and maintain reports, documentation, and internal databases.
• Perform data entry, validation, tracking, and basic analysis across teams.
• Assist with reporting and data management using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Coordinate activities between departments and follow up on action items to ensure progress.
• Conduct research and gather information to support initiatives and projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and processes; apply AI-powered tools where relevant.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and meet deadlines with quality results.
