Electrogenos is looking for a Technical Growth Associate in Bilbao, Spain. In this role, you will collaborate with the Head of Technical Growth and the Spain Country Lead, engaging in strategy, operations, and partnerships. This position offers significant exposure to how an early-stage startup is built and scaled.

The ideal candidate will be a fast learner, adaptable to a dynamic environment, and ready to take on diverse responsibilities including supporting fundraising and coordinating strategic projects.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with the Head of Technical Growth on strategy and execution.
• Support fundraising activities including outreach and follow-ups.
• Coordinate operational projects across teams and partners.
• Support legal and compliance processes with advisors.
• Prepare analyses and presentations for key decisions.
• Own critical ad hoc projects for company growth.
