Indero is seeking a Start-Up Manager to oversee and drive the activation of clinical trial sites across multiple countries. You will lead start-up activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet timelines and client expectations.

The role requires a life sciences or nursing background with 3+ years in clinical trial start-up and demonstrated leadership. A remote, home-based position with flexible scheduling is offered by Indero.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in clinical trial start-up with leadership
• Ability to manage multi-country start-up activities and cross-functional teams
• Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end study start-up process including site selection, regulatory submissions, contracting and activation
• Define start-up strategy and timelines with Project Manager and cross-functional leads
• Prepare and maintain a site activation plan for global sites and countries
• Proactively identify issues impacting delivery and propose solutions
• Monitor progress against timelines and address delays or risks
• Oversee and coordinate each step of the start-up process to meet activation goals
• Serve as primary liaison among functions during start-up for effective collaboration
• Track and report start-up performance metrics for transparency
• Lead client-facing calls with Sponsors for start-up activities
