Indero seeks a Start-Up Manager to oversee clinical trial site activation across Poland, Spain or Germany, with remote work options. You will lead end-to-end start-up activities and ensure regulatory compliance while meeting study timelines and client expectations.

The role requires multi-country start-up experience, strong project management and leadership. You will collaborate with PMs, sponsors, and cross-functional teams to drive efficient delivery and high-quality study activation.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in clinical trial start-up with demonstrated leadership.
• Proven ability to manage multi-country start-up activities in a matrix environment.
• Excellent project management, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end study start-up: site selection, regulatory submissions, site contracting and budgeting.
• Define start-up strategy and timelines with the Project Manager and cross-functional leads.
• Prepare and maintain a site activation plan for optimal country/site opportunities.
• Proactively identify and communicate issues impacting delivery with proposed solutions.
• Monitor progress against timelines and address delays or risks.
• Oversee and coordinate each step of the start-up process to meet activation goals.
• Serve as primary liaison among functions during start-up for effective collaboration.
• Track and report start-up performance metrics to provide transparency.
• Lead client-facing calls with Sponsors on start-up activities.
