Qualifications

• Native or fluent Spanish (C1/C2)
• Fluent English (team working language)
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles
• Clear, empathetic and professional communication
• Able to work independently remotely and within an office team
• EU work authorisation or visa sponsorship eligibility

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer enquiries in Spanish by phone, email and live chat
• Resolve issues, provide accurate information and escalate as needed
• Record all interactions accurately in the CRM system
• Deliver a consistently professional, high-quality customer experience
• Work with your team to meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets
