Requirements

• Native or fluent Spanish (C1/C2), essential
• Fluent English (team working language)
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or any client‑facing role (entry‑level candidates welcome)
• Clear, empathetic and professional communication
• Able to work independently remotely and within an office team
• Positive, solution‑focused attitude
• EU work authorisation, or eligibility for visa sponsorship
