Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR (business partnering, employee relations, compensation, or talent).
• Native or fluent in Spanish.
• Knowledge of Spanish labour law and payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Train and evaluate AI agents on HR-related tasks.
• Build workspaces and files to simulate HR environments.
• Write prompts and grading rubrics based on HR practices in Spain.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to improve task accuracy and relevance.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
