Job summary

Cbtalents is seeking a Spanish-Speaking Content Review & Community Support Specialist to maintain a safe digital environment. In this role, you will review user-reported content and respond to community inquiries with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism.

The position offers relocation support, a gross monthly salary of €1,045, and a performance bonus of up to €160. Ideal candidates have native-level Spanish skills and some experience in customer service.

Qualifications

• Native-level Spanish (C2) and good English communication skills (B2 or equivalent).
• Up to 1 year of experience in customer service or similar environments.
• High cultural awareness regarding the supported market.

Responsibilities

• Assist users by handling inquiries with empathy, accuracy, and timely responses.
• Investigate and resolve issues reported on the platform.
• Enforce platform Terms of Use by monitoring reports of potential abuse.
