Cbtalents is hiring a Spanish-Speaking Content Review & Community Support Specialist for a remote role. You will help maintain a safe digital environment by reviewing content, responding to inquiries, and ensuring platform compliance.

Ideal candidates will possess native-level Spanish and good English skills, with an emphasis on empathy and analytical abilities. The gross monthly salary is 1,045€, with performance bonuses available. If relocating, flight tickets and accommodation support are provided.

Formación

• Native-level Spanish (C2) and good English communication skills (B2).
• Up to 1 year of experience in customer service or similar environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Review user-reported content and respond to inquiries.
• Make balanced decisions based on established guidelines.
