Lognext is seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM specialist to design, develop, and maintain the End User Catalog and related workflows within a multinational environment serving 10,000+ users. You will collaborate with technology teams to ensure service stability, regional compliance, and continuous improvement through automation.

Requirements include 5+ years in a similar ITSM environment, ITIL Foundation, and fluent English.

Formación

• Proficiency with the ServiceNow ITSM tool.
• Solid understanding of ITSM principles and ServiceNow architecture.
• Proficiency creating catalog items, UI policies, and workflows.
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain the ServiceNow End User Catalog and workflows.
• Create and configure catalog items, record producers, variables, and variable sets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into catalog items.
• Optimize request fulfillment through automation and scripting.
• Ensure consistent catalog UI through policies and best practices.
• Manage role-based access to catalog items.
• Document technical specifications and support knowledge articles.
• Support release management for catalog deployments.
• Maintain compliance with data protection and security standards.
• Handle incoming service requests as first point of contact.
