Lognext is seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional to design, develop, and maintain the End User Catalog and associated workflows within a multinational environment in Madrid.

The role involves creating catalog items, record producers, variables, and variable sets, collaborating with stakeholders, and optimizing request fulfillment through automation and scripting while ensuring ITSM best practices and compliance.

Formación

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar environment.
  • Knowledge of ITIL Foundation.
  • Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).

  • Design, develop, and maintain the ServiceNow End User Catalog and associated workflows
  • Create and configure catalog items, record producers, variables, and variable sets
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional catalog items
  • Optimize request fulfillment processes using automation, scripting, and workflows
  • Ensure a consistent look and feel of the catalog through UI policies and best practices
  • Manage role-based access to catalog items
  • Conduct regular catalog audits and implement improvements based on usage data and feedback
  • Troubleshoot and resolve catalog-related issues and incidents
  • Document technical specifications and support knowledge articles
  • Support the release management process for catalog deployment
  • Maintain compliance with data protection and security standards
  • Act as the first point of contact for handling incoming service requests from users or customers
  • Classify, prioritize, assign, and follow up on requests according to internal procedures and SLA commitments
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and communications in ServiceNow
  • Monitor request queues, elevate delays or bottlenecks, and proactively communicate with stakeholders
  • Identify and propose process improvements or automation opportunities
  • Contribute to building the knowledge base and updating documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), knowledge articles, and user guides
  • Proficiency with the ServiceNow ITSM tool
  • Solid understanding of ITSM principles and ServiceNow architecture
  • Proficiency in creating catalog items, user interface policies, and workflows.
  • Proficiency with ITSM tools, specifically ServiceNow, to manage and track user requests and incidents.
  • Work closely with relevant technology teams to ensure service stability.
  • Continuously ensure that all services comply with the standards required in each region.
  • Prepare periodic reports reflecting regulatory compliance and operational status.
  • Ensure that documentation is maintained and updated to a high standard.
  • Advanced analytical, incident resolution, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to users without technical knowledge Proven ability to work effectively with IT teams and business users
  • More than 5 years of experience in a similar environment. Multinational company with at least 10,000 users
  • Knowledge of ITIL Foundation
  • Basic experience with scripting or automation tools is a plus
  • Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
