You will use SIEM, EDR, and cloud tech (GCP/AWS) to diagnose problems, document actions, and contribute to prevention. Fluent English required; Spanish/French/German a plus; 4+ years in support engineering.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a Support Engineer or equivalent.
• Experience with Endpoint Security software and SIEM.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Fluent English; Spanish/French/German are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to user-reported issues in adherence to SLAs.
• Triage issues via ticketing, phone, or remote sessions.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting at application and OS level.
• Identify fault areas and collaborate with teams to implement fixes.
• Document actions and support root-cause investigations.
