Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Game Designer based in Spain to design and implement engaging content and complex gameplay systems for a live mobile game. You will shape characters, progression mechanics, events, combat systems, and more from concept to final implementation.

The role blends creative design with data analysis of player behavior, game data, feedback, and outcomes, helping evolve the game economy and balance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable game or content design experience in live, mobile, or free-to-play games.
• Strong understanding of game systems, balance, player motivation, and F2P mechanics.
• Hands-on experience with Unity and relevant internal game content tools.
• Strong analytical mindset using data, feedback, and outcomes to refine designs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration within cross-functional, globally distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the design of complex features and content from concept to data implementation.
• Architect and implement gameplay systems to support long-term engagement.
• Analyze and refine the game economy, loops, and combat meta for balance.
• Use player data and feedback to guide iterative improvements.
• Create high-level design docs explaining purpose, mechanics, and outcomes.
