The ideal candidate has 6+ years of game design experience, including two titles as a lead. Responsibilities include collaborating with various departments and directing the gameplay structure. Formación

• 6+ years of experience in game design, including lead or senior GD positions.
• Released a minimum of 2 titles while serving as a lead or senior game designer.
• Proficient communication and leadership skills.
• Skillfulness in retaining a defined creative strategy while being open to modifications.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with team leads to define and execute the game vision.
• Direct the tone, gameplay, and meta structure of the game.
• Lead the design team for a cohesive experience.
• Allocate resources in collaboration with managers.
