Gameloft is seeking a Senior Game Designer to lead the design direction for a high‑quality project and collaborate with directors, producers, and cross‑disciplinary teams. You will shape core gameplay, meta progression, and narrative to deliver compelling experiences across platforms.

You will prototype concepts in Unity or Unreal, guide a design team, and ensure a cohesive, innovative player journey while staying aligned with market trends and company vision.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in game design in lead/principal roles.
• Released at least two titles as lead/principal/senior game designer.
• Experience with 3Cs and gameplay systems design for PC/Console action genres.
• Proficiency with prototyping in Unity or Unreal.
• Proficiency in meta-game, progression systems, balancing, UI/UX, level design, and narrative.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the gaming market and trends.
• Ability to retain a defined creative strategy while remaining open to modifications.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Creative Director, Studio Manager, Game Manager, and team leads to define and execute the game vision.
• Direct the tone, gameplay, and meta structure of the game focusing on innovation.
• Lead the design team to ensure a cohesive experience across the game.
• Coordinate with level design teams to ensure synergies between mechanics and progression.
• Anticipate and mitigate threats to quality and innovation.
• Build collaborative relationships with Art, UI, Tech, Online, Data, Audio, Production and HR.
• Allocate and plan resources and roadmap with managers and producers.
• Participate in recruitment for game designers.
