Jobgether seeks a Senior Manager, Application Security in a fully remote setup. You will shape the security program across engineering, IT operations, and compliance, balancing hands-on technical work with leadership and strategy.

You will drive vulnerability management, threat modeling, and secure SDLC practices while guiding the security posture for enterprise customers and auditors. This role emphasizes collaboration and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in security with strong application security background.
• Proven ability to mature an application security program.
• Experience enabling secure SDLC and threat modeling.

Responsabilités

• As Senior Manager, define and own the application security roadmap including vulnerability management and remediation.
• Lead hands-on security reviews, triage issues, and scale security programs with engineering teams.
• Embed secure development practices across the SDLC with automated scanning in CI/CD.
• Design an AI-first security strategy and oversee AI-assisted tooling and testing.
• Partner with engineering to avoid bottlenecks while strengthening security capabilities.
• Oversee third-party security assessments and vendor risk management.
• Establish zero-trust principles and collaborate on IAM, logging, and alerts.
• Lead incident response for application layer security and coordinate with IT/ops.
• Support Compliance Lead and IT, aligning security with business goals and maturity.
