Yuno seeks a Senior Corporate IT Engineer to own the internal technology backbone for a fully remote, global team. You’ll manage devices and endpoints, IAM, SaaS administration, and security controls across 190+ countries, designing scalable systems and automation.

Formación

• 5+ years in corporate IT, IT operations, or IT systems engineering, ideally supporting a distributed workforce.
• MDM expertise — hands-on with Jamf Pro, Intune, or Kandji for macOS and Windows fleet management.
• Identity and access management — managing an identity provider (Okta strongly preferred), SSO, MFA, and provisioning/deprovisioning.
• SaaS administration — Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, and similar, with an understanding of SaaS and OAuth governance.
• Security and compliance — hands-on support for frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, or PCI DSS (access reviews, audit evidence).
• Scripting and automation — Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or workflow tools to eliminate manual toil.
• Networking fundamentals — TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.
• English — advanced proficiency, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Device and endpoint management — own the MDM platform for macOS and Windows fleet, zero-touch provisioning, patching, configuration-as-code, and endpoint security.
• Identity and access management — administer the identity provider, SSO, MFA, and provisioning/deprovisioning, enforce least privilege.
• SaaS administration and governance — manage the SaaS stack, rein in shadow IT and OAuth risk, and right-size licenses and access.
• Security and compliance — build and maintain controls, access reviews, and audit evidence for SOC 2/ISO 27001/PCI DSS.
• Automation and IT roadmap — replace manual work with scripting and workflow automation, drive the IT roadmap as the company scales.
• Support and enablement — act as the senior escalation point for complex IT issues, maintain runbooks and documentation, mentor the IT team.
