Job summary

Jobgether SRL is partnering to hire a Senior Product Manager based in Spain for an AI-enabled care pathways platform. The role integrates product management, healthcare, AI, UX, and data to deliver personalized digital health experiences.

You will own a key product area from discovery through delivery, working with clinical, engineering, design, regulatory, and operational teams to ensure safe, compliant, and measurable improvements in patient and clinician journeys.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Management for complex, scalable digital products.
• Strong systems thinking and problem-solving abilities for cross-domain challenges.
• Human-centered UX mindset for patients and healthcare professionals.
• Experience with AI-powered personalization and context-aware interactions.
• Understand responsible AI, safety, transparency, and regulatory considerations.
• Data-driven with clear success metrics and evidence-based decisions.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration across technical, clinical, regulatory, and operational teams.
• Translate complex requirements into product strategies, priorities, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Able to work in fast-paced, agile, regulated environments.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Own the product area end to end: discovery, problem definition, solution design, delivery, launch, and iteration.
• Shape and evolve the roadmap based on user needs, priorities, evidence, technology, and regulatory factors.
• Benchmark digital health solutions and identify market trends and best practices.
• Translate complex clinical and operational needs into actionable product requirements.
• Validate needs and adoption barriers across patient and clinician experiences.
• Collaborate with clinical, engineering, design, regulatory, and operational teams to ensure feasible, scalable solutions.
• Identify opportunities for AI and personalization to improve care journeys and outcomes.
• Ensure responsible AI practices, including human oversight, privacy, and transparency.
