Alea is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join our Legal team and take ownership of international gaming regulation, corporate and commercial matters. Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will advise senior management and cross-functional teams while balancing regulatory requirements with commercial objectives in a fast-growing, multi-jurisdictional environment.

• 7+ years of relevant experience, ideally including substantial in-house iGaming.
• Demonstrable experience in gambling regulation across multiple jurisdictions.
• Hands-on licensing, regulatory assessments and market entry.
• Strong corporate and commercial law background with international B2B agreements.
• Experience with regulators and external advisers.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert legal advice on gambling regulation across multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage gaming licensing applications, renewals and regulatory obligations.
• Advise on regulatory implications of commercial agreements and integrations.
• Support corporate governance and international corporate matters.
