• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial, technology, vendor, and partnership contracts.
• Support corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and investment structures.
• Monitor evolving regulatory frameworks and translate developments into actionable guidance.
• Manage and coordinate external counsel to ensure cost-efficient outcomes.
