Revpanda Group seeks an experienced Legal Counsel to support corporate and iGaming operations across EU jurisdictions. You will advise on corporate structuring, licensing, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with regulators and internal teams.

The role emphasizes financial governance, taxation awareness, and cross-border projects with a focus on liquidity, licensing, and governance in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• Law degree with professional qualifications and EU licensure.
• Proven experience in corporate law and iGaming regulations across EU markets.
• Knowledge of taxation, accounting, and financial compliance for gaming licenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on corporate structuring in EU and iGaming regulations.
• Coordinate with regulators and internal teams to ensure compliance with iGaming laws.
• Advise on financial, tax, and accounting matters for corporate operations and gaming licenses.
• Support governance, contracts, and licensing documents.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise on jurisdictional matters.
• Serve as liaison with regulators, advisors, and local authorities.
• Offer availability during business hours for urgent legal queries.
• Assist cross-border projects including restructures and mergers.
