Parsec Automation Corp. is seeking a Senior Director, Technical Services to unify and scale Advisory, Delivery, and Support across a global customer base.

You will own three workstreams with strong cross-functional collaboration and partner ecosystems to deliver consistent technical excellence. This fully remote role requires leading a distributed team across the US and Europe, with a focus on MES/MOM platforms like TrakSYS, and driving predictable delivery, high-quality engineering, and

• 10+ years in technical delivery, professional services, or engineering leadership within enterprise software.
• Experience managing distributed international teams (US/Europe; Spain a strong plus).
• Track record scaling a delivery function during growth.
• Experience with MES, MOM, or industrial automation platforms (TrakSYS or comparable).

Responsabilidades

• Own the Advisory, Delivery, and Support workstreams and align them under a single operating model.
• Lead cross-functional governance, capacity planning, and escalation handling across regions.
• Set engineering and QA standards and ensure predictable delivery and quality.
• Partner with Enablement, Sales, and SI/GSI groups to deliver a unified customer experience.
• Develop hiring plans, role profiles, and ramp paths for growth.
