Parsec Automation, LLC is seeking a Product Support Engineer I to deliver high-quality technical support for the TrakSYS platform. You will work with customers, U.S. and Spain teams, and engineering partners to troubleshoot issues and support upgrades.

The role requires flexibility to support 24/7 operations, including rotating weekends and extended shifts up to 12 hours. You will deepen your MES knowledge and contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in software support or development.
• Strong experience with C# .NET / ASP.NET, Microsoft SQL Server, HTML/XML/JavaScript, and Windows OS.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 2 product support for the TrakSYS platform and implemented solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve platform and application issues; assist with upgrades and testing.

Web technologies (HTML, XML, JavaShop)

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
