Parsec Automation Corp. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead TrakSYS MES projects across multiple manufacturing clients. You will oversee governance, RAIDD logs, and ensure delivery is on time, within scope, and to quality standards.

You will manage 3 to 4 projects concurrently, collaborating with Technical Architects, Engineers, and client teams to drive outcomes. Travel to client sites is expected as needed.

Formación

• 8+ years in IT project management, with at least 3+ years leading MES or manufacturing system implementations.
• Strong command of planning, risk management, governance, change management, and multi-project delivery.
• Familiarity with both agile (sprints, backlogs) and waterfall (plans, milestones) approaches.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and govern projects from discovery to go-live, including RAIDD tracking.
• Coordinate day-to-day execution with engineers and MES consultants, manage sprints and backlog progress.
• Oversee cutover, data migration, and transition to support, ensuring on-time delivery.
