Parsec Automation, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of TrakSYS MES projects across multiple manufacturing clients. This role emphasizes project governance, stakeholder management, and ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and to quality standards.

The project manager will oversee 3–4 concurrent projects, collaborating with Technical Architects, Engineers, MES consultants and client teams to drive outcomes.

Formación

• 8+ years in IT project management.
• 3+ years leading MES or manufacturing system implementations.
• Strong planning, risk management, governance and multi-project delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project governance, RAIDD, financial tracking and status reporting.
• Coordinate day-to-day project execution with architects, engineers, MES consultants and client stakeholders.
• Oversee sprint planning, backlog progress, and ensure delivery against scope and schedule.
• Develop cutover plan and manage go-live activities and stabilization.
