Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to own infrastructure automation, deployment pipelines, and services across multiple data centers. You will work hands-on with Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, Linux, and observability tooling to build reliable, scalable infrastructure.

The role spans the full lifecycle—from IaC and automated deployments to production operations and incident response—with a strong emphasis on security, reliability, and collaboration in a remote-first

Qualifications

5+ years of professional DevOps experience with Kubernetes, Git, and infrastructure automation.
Deep expertise with Ansible in complex environments and practical Terraform usage.
Strong knowledge of Linux, networking, and virtualization.
Hands-on monitoring/observability with Grafana, Prometheus, and Alertmanager.
Experience packaging and distributing software (DEB, RPM) and Docker.
Scripting skills, especially Bash.
Experience with web security and data handling workflows.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, GitLab, and CI/CD practices.
Golang knowledge is a plus; strong IaC and end-to-end deployment mindset.
Curiosity and remote-friendly collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain infrastructure-as-code with Ansible and Terraform for reliability and automation.
Monitor, optimize, and scale infrastructure across data centers and environments.
Maintain and improve deployment systems and CI/CD pipelines.
Automate deployment processes for apps across testing and production.
Develop toolchains and workflows to reduce manual operational work.
Set up observability: monitoring, logging, alerting, tracing for visibility.
Participate in incident analysis and root-cause investigations.
Ensure security, reliability, and compliance of infrastructure.
Document infrastructure, procedures, and technical decisions.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver robust solutions.
Contribute to scalability, availability, and architecture decisions.
