KenTech is seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure and CI/CD platforms. You will mentor juniors, drive DevOps best practices, and collaborate with software, QA, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure fast, reliable software delivery.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in DevOps/SRE/Infra, strong Kubernetes, IaC, and CI/CD expertise, plus English proficiency. Hybrid remote work and competitive salary are offered.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field; or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of professional DevOps/SRE/Infrastructure experience
• Proficiency in English
• EU work permit required applicants outside EU: bachelor’s or master’s degree mandatory

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud and on‑prem infrastructure using IaC
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated delivery
• Automate provisioning, configuration, and deployments
• Maintain highly available, scalable Kubernetes environments
• Monitor performance; troubleshoot and prevent issues
• Collaborate with dev teams to improve reliability and scalability
• Implement observability: monitoring, logging, alerting
• Ensure security best practices across infrastructure
• Plan capacity, DR, backups, and continuity
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, post‑incident reviews
• Mentor junior DevOps engineers and promote best practices
• Evaluate new tech to boost platform efficiency
• Participate in architecture discussions and planning
