Lever, Inc. is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer in Spain to own production infrastructure and containerized applications. You will optimize deployment workflows, enhance observability, and drive cost-efficient scaling while partnering with development teams on CI/CD improvements.

The role focuses on Kubernetes, AWS services, and IaC with Terraform, Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch. A fully remote setup in Spain with flexible hours is offered, along with professional development support.

Formación

• 5+ years in DevOps/SRE roles with production systems.
• Hands-on Kubernetes experience in production.
• Strong AWS knowledge (EC2, VPC, S3, IAM).
• Scripting in Python or Bash for automation.
• Experience with CI/CD and GitOps practices.
• Ability to own infrastructure initiatives and troubleshoot issues.
• Familiarity with IaC tools like Terraform.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, deploy, and maintain containerized apps with Kubernetes in production.
• Operate AWS infrastructure (EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, RDS, OpenSearch) for scalability and cost efficiency.
• Monitor performance and improve alerting and observability.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
• Troubleshoot incidents and drive root-cause analysis.
• Advance infrastructure automation and DevOps best practices.
• Assist cost optimization of cloud resources.
• Contribute to GitOps and IaC efforts.
• Build dashboards with Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch.
