Job summary
UST, a multinational tech services provider, is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to bolster application modernization, deployment automation, and production operations in Madrid. The role requires hands-on work with CI/CD, Kubernetes, AKS, and platform engineering, with on-site presence three days a week.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in DevOps or SRE, strong GitLab and container tooling experience, and English proficiency.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE.
- Hands-on in CI/CD, Kubernetes, AKS and platform engineering.
- Experience with GitLab, Docker, Helm, and container registries.
- Strong English and willingness to work at client offices in Madrid 3 days/week.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Deploy and operate workloads on AKS and Kubernetes environments.
- Manage container platforms, registries (Nexus, Harbor) and GitOps practices.
- Monitor and troubleshoot services using Dynatrace, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Support production incidents, performance tuning, and operational improvements.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and support teams.
