Job summary

Qualifyze is seeking a Senior DevOps/SRE Engineer to join our engineering team in Europe. You will define, implement, and maintain cloud-based server and database infrastructure, managed with Kubernetes, and drive IaC using Terraform.

You’ll own monitoring with Datadog, shape CI/CD pipelines, and mentor engineers on DevOps best practices while collaborating with architects and team leads. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Significant experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).
• Kubernetes, Helm and Datadog proficiency.
• Terraform IaC and GitHub Actions pipelines experience.
• Strategic mindset with ability to lead infra initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and maintain cloud-based server and database infra managed with Kubernetes.
• Adopt IaC as the base for managing infrastructure.
• Own and manage monitoring with Datadog across environments.
• Collaborate with team leads and architect to align engineering efforts.
• Ensure security and compliance; pursue certifications and standards.
• Contribute to infra strategy aligned with product direction and growth.
• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines with development teams.
• Mentor engineers on DevOps best practices and topics.
• Identify opportunities for system improvements and drive them.
